These are photos shared by Haflinger Friends from all over the world. If you would like to include your Haflinger "Between the Ears" photos,  let us know where the photo was taken, who the rider/driver/photographer is, who the Haflinger is and any additional information about where in the world you and your Haflinger live and send them jpeg format to emily@haflingerhorses.com

Australia

I have attached some photos of my Haflinger Antonie, and I at a place called Noosa North Shore in sunny Queensland Australia. We are at a flat out gallop following my husband Kane on his horse! Another pic is of a Kangaroo in front at the same place

Sweden

These were taken in the winter of 2005 (end of February or beginning of March). It's me riding Eldfuxens Wacker (stallion born in 1993, by Knappekullas Winterson (Winterson) 6 (1406 Winterstein x Marcella) out of Sindy (Stromboli Hf.K. 50 x Romy van Rosina)) in Sweden. The sign in the picture called "ears_sign" is a "school sign", which tells drivers to slow down when they drive past the school. The house in "ears_house" is a very old and tumble-down house, where no one lives nowadays. The picture "ears_home" was taken as we returned home, and the dark horse that greets Wacker is Mara. The other pictures show different parts of my favourite riding track

Italy

Jimmy, my 14 years Haffie gelding, during one of my rides in the Carrara's swampy countryside, near my home, in northern Tuscany, Italy, actually, very close to the area where most of the white marble is produced for the entire world. No bridle, saddle, just a halter. Submitted by Francesco from Italy

The Netherlands

My husband took a photograph of "Mieke van de Rengershoeve" while we were in Kootwijk in the Netherlands. The heather is blooming just right now (you can see the purple color in the photo) and the sun was setting down. I think it is a beautiful picture so She has black ears but that's because we put a fly mask over her ears. She is certainly a real Haflinger.
Met vriendelijke groet, Coby Klingens

The Haflinger is called Larissa, she is a 9 yr old mare and we live in Ede - the Netherlands. The pictures are made in the "Edese bos" and the sign says; dogs on leash. The big trees you see at the other picture is a bat reserve.....
The rider is me, Rosita Compagner.
